生粉　　1 tbsp　 potato starch澄麵粉　1 tbsp　 wheat starch(B)清水　720ml　 water鹽　　2 tsp　 salt油　　5 tbsp　oil(C)飯碗　7　bowls做法:1 蒸籠預熱.2 將A料的粉料過篩,再加水拌勻成粉漿.3 將飯碗抹上B料的油,再倒回出來,移入蒸籠熱5分鐘.4
